v1.0Last updated: September 29, 2026Türkçe

Contents

  • 1. Our Commitment
  • 2. Prohibited Conduct and Content
  • 3. Detection and Response
  • 4. Tools That Protect Minors
  • 5. Feedback and Contact

These standards set out how Lunest prevents, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They complement our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service and apply to every feature of the app, including posts, stories, comments, direct messages, communities, and profiles.

Designated child safety contact: [email protected]

1. Our Commitment

  • Lunest has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • We comply with applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting obligations in Türkiye and the United States.
  • Lunest is a 13+ platform. Users must provide their date of birth at sign-up; accounts discovered to belong to under-13 users are removed immediately.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content

The following are strictly prohibited and result in permanent bans and, where required, reports to authorities:

  • Any CSAM: images, videos, text, or links that sexualize or exploit minors
  • Grooming: adults contacting minors for romantic or sexual purposes, or soliciting minors in any way
  • Sextortion or coercion targeting minors
  • Sexualization of minors, including suggestive comments on minors' content
  • Attempts to misrepresent or hide age to circumvent our protections
  • Trafficking or endangerment of minors

3. Detection and Response

  • Reporting: Users can report content or accounts via the ⋯ menu on posts/stories, long-press on comments, or "Report" on a user profile. Child-safety report reasons are listed at the top of the reporting flow.
  • Immediate hiding: A single report citing child safety or intimate imagery hides the reported content immediately, pending human review.
  • Human moderation: All reports enter a human-moderated queue. CSAM reports are treated with the highest priority.
  • Removal and reporting: Confirmed CSAM is removed on detection, the account permanently banned, and the case reported to NCMEC (CyberTipline) in the US and the relevant authorities in Türkiye.
  • Cooperation: We respond to lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection organizations on urgent safety risks.

4. Tools That Protect Minors

  • In-app blocking: blocked users cannot contact you or view your content
  • Messaging privacy: users can restrict direct messages to accepted friends only
  • Friend requests: no one can become friends without approval
  • Moderation tooling accessible to designated moderators for reviewing flagged content

5. Feedback and Contact

If you encounter content or behavior that may endanger a minor, report it in-app or email [email protected] — this address is our designated point of contact for child safety concerns and is monitored by the team responsible for these standards.

_These standards may be updated as the Service evolves and legal requirements change. Material changes are announced in-app._
